Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon has acquired a sea-facing luxury duplex penthouse in Mumbai’s Bandra West for a staggering Rs 78.20 crore, making it one of the city’s most expensive property deals.

Kriti Sanon paid a total of Rs 84.16 crore for the property, including Rs 78.20 crore for the apartment and Rs 3.91 crore in stamp duty charges.
The duplex penthouse spans 6,636 square feet and is spread across the 14th and 15th floors.
Kriti Sanon paid a 1% lower stamp duty rate of 5% because the government of Maharashtra offers a 1% concession on stamp duty for female homebuyers.
Kriti Sanon will have exclusive access to six car parking slots and an open terrace area of 1,209 square feet on the 15th floor.
Last year, Kriti Sanon invested in a land parcel in a premium plotted development project in Alibaug, near Mumbai.
