The bullet train track being constructed by L&T in Maharashtra is 157 km long, stretching from the Mumbai Bullet Train Station to Zaroli village near the Maharashtra-Gujarat border.
The contract with L&T includes the construction of four stations and a rolling stock depot at Thane, in addition to the track works.
