Macrotech Developers reported a 32% increase in its sales bookings for the quarter ended December.
The total sales booking amount for Macrotech Developers in the quarter ended December was Rs 4,510 crore.
During the first nine months of the current fiscal year, Macrotech Developers achieved a 25% growth in sales bookings, reaching Rs 12,820 crore from Rs 10,300 crore in the same period of the previous year.
Macrotech Developers has set a guidance of achieving a 21% annual growth in sale bookings this fiscal, aiming to reach Rs 17,500 crore.
Macrotech Developers has a strong presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune, and has expanded to the Bengaluru housing market. The company is also involved in the development of industrial and logistics parks across various states in India.
