The registration documents indicate a stamp duty of ₹72,600, alongside a registration fee of ₹1,000. Additionally, a security deposit of ₹17 lakhs was required as part of the agreement.
The lease agreement is set for five years, commencing with a monthly payment of ₹4.25 lakhs for the first year. The rental rate is scheduled to increase by 5 percent annually, reaching ₹4.46 lakhs in the second year, ₹4.68 lakhs in the third year, ₹4.91 lakhs in the fourth year, and culminating at ₹5.16 lakhs in the final year. Over the five-year term, the total rental expenditure is projected to be around ₹2.81 crores.
