Maharashtra Day Celebrated with Enthusiasm at Ayaan Society in Wagholi, Pune

Wagholi, 2nd May 2026: On the occasion of Maharashtra Day, a vibrant and enthusiastic programme was organised at Ayaan Society in One Ubale Nagar, Wagholi. The event saw the participation of a large number of residents along with invited guests.

The programme featured flag hoisting, the rendition of the Maharashtra Geet, and various cultural and social activities. Speakers highlighted the importance of unity, development, and active citizen participation in strengthening the community.

The chief guests included newly elected corporator Shailjit Dada Bansode, Assistant Police Inspector Rahul Kolambilkar, and WACO Chairperson Anil Kumar Mishra.

At the start of the programme, the guests were welcomed by senior citizens of the society. Under the guidance of Shailjit Dada Bansode, office bearers and members also held a discussion on key issues concerning the society and received guidance on addressing them. On the occasion, students who recently passed the Class 10 board examinations were felicitated and wished success in their future endeavours.

In his address, Shailjit Dada Bansode extended greetings to residents and assured them of his support in resolving issues faced by the society.
