Real Estate Mumbai:Mahindra Lifespaces, a leading real estate developer, has announced two significant deals in Bengaluru and Mumbai, with a combined revenue potential of ₹2,050 crore. The company has acquired 2.37 acres of land in Singasandra, South Bengaluru, with an estimated developable potential of approximately 0.25 million sq ft and a gross development value (GDV) of ₹250 crore. Additionally, Mahindra Lifespaces has been chosen as the preferred partner for the redevelopment of seven residential societies in Borivali west, Mumbai, with an estimated GDV of approximately ₹1,800 crore.

The redevelopment project in Mumbai will be developed under the state's cluster redevelopment policy, marking the company's third such project in the city. Mahindra Lifespaces has been strengthening its presence in Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru, targeting a GDV of ₹45,000 crore in the coming years.

The company's Managing Director and CEO, Amit Kumar Sinha, stated that these strategic moves in Mumbai and Bengaluru mark a significant milestone in their growth trajectory. Sinha added that both deals align with the company's focus on high-potential markets and underscore Mahindra Lifespaces' dedication to delivering quality living spaces across diverse urban landscapes.

Mahindra Lifespaces has a development footprint that spans 37.33 million sq ft of completed, ongoing, and forthcoming residential projects across seven Indian cities. The company also has over 5,000 acres of ongoing and forthcoming projects under development/management at its integrated developments/industrial clusters across four locations.
