The accused in the Malad firing case is Guddu Khan, also known as Nihal.
The accused, Guddu Khan, had been working at the victim, Abdullah Baig’s, textile workshop since childhood and claims that Baig used to harass and abuse him.
The accused was arrested from Delhi after he fled from Mumbai following the incident.
The victim, Abdullah Baig, was rushed to the local hospital and later moved to J J Hospital. He is in a stable condition now.
The motive behind the shooting was revenge. Khan had returned to Mumbai with the intention to take revenge on Baig for the alleged harassment and abuse he suffered in the past.
