Real Estate Mumbai:Manoj Bajpayee, the renowned Bollywood actor, has sold his luxurious apartment in Mumbai's Mahalaxmi area for a staggering Rs 9 crore. The apartment, located in the Minerva residential tower, boasts a carpet area of 1,247 sq. ft. and offers breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea and the Mahalaxmi Racecourse.

The sale was facilitated by Square Yards and was registered in an 'Agreement to Sell' in August this year. The couple, Manoj and his wife Shabana, paid a stamp duty of Rs 54 lakh for the transaction.

The Minerva Tower, developed by Lokhandwala Kataria Constructions, is a premium residential complex that offers 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments. The building is equipped with modern amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, spa, and landscaped gardens, making it one of the most desirable neighborhoods in South Mumbai.

Interestingly, Manoj Bajpayee had originally purchased the apartment in April 2013 for Rs 6.40 crore, along with his wife Shabana. The purchase had incurred a stamp duty of Rs 32 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30 thousand.

This sale is part of Bajpayee's broader real estate portfolio. Last year, the actor invested Rs 32 crore in four office units in Oshiwara, Mumbai, joining other Bollywood celebrities such as Amitabh Bachchan, Kajol, and Ajay Devgn, who have also invested in commercial properties.
