Midnight Blaze at Thane Garage Causes Property Damage, No Injuries Reported
Real Estate Mumbai:A fire broke out early Saturday, September 13, morning at a two-wheeler repair garage near Savita Lunch Home, Castle Mill Naka in Uthalsar, Thane West, causing property damage but no injuries.

The incident occurred around 1:12 am in the Nirmaladevi Dighe Small Industries Complex, owned by Ansari. The garage, measuring approximately 8x6 feet, sustained damage to a two-wheeler, a compressor, and some repair tools.

Fire brigade teams, along with Rabodi police and Disaster Management Cell staff, responded promptly with one fire engine, one rescue vehicle, and a support pickup. The fire was fully doused by 1:30 am with the help of local residents. Authorities confirmed there were no casualties, and the situation is now under control.

In a similar incident, at least 25 people were injured after a powerful explosion tore through a bar in Madrid on Saturday afternoon, according to local authorities. The blast occurred around 3 p.m. at the Mis Tesoros bar, located in the Puente de Vallecas district of Spain's capital.

Emergency services rushed to the scene and confirmed that two of the victims were in 'serious' condition, while three others were considered to be in a 'potentially serious' state. Four individuals were rescued from the rubble by firefighters who worked quickly to secure the site and search for any additional victims.

The explosion caused significant structural damage to the establishment, shattering windows and scattering debris across the street. The force of the blast was reportedly felt several blocks away, sparking panic among nearby residents and passersby.

Local media, citing initial reports, suggested that a gas leak may have been the cause of the explosion. However, an official investigation is still underway to determine the exact origin of the blast.

Carlos Marin, head of the Madrid City Council Fire Department, said the explosion was linked to gas, but the type and exact cause were still unclear.

Deputy Mayor Inmaculada Sanz told reporters it was 'too early' to confirm the reason behind the blast, but said no further victims were trapped. She added that residents of nine housing units in the same building would need temporary accommodation for the next few days.

Authorities said the building remained unstable. While some upper apartments were left intact, the entrance area was severely damaged, making access 'completely impossible,' Marin said, according to DW.
