The new deadline for the property auction has been extended to November 6.
Two properties are now being auctioned, as the owners of the properties in Chunabhatti and Kandivli have cleared their dues.
The base prices of the properties are Rs 37 crore for the 3,000 square meter plot of land and Rs 26.01 crore for the privately owned house with shops in Kalbadevi.
A minimum of three valid bids are required for the auction to be considered successful.
The BMC appointed an external agency to oversee the e-auction process to ensure transparency and efficiency in the auction proceedings.
