Real Estate Mumbai:The Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation (MMRCL) has denied media reports of starting construction work on Metro 11, citing pending finalization of the Detailed Project Report (DPR).

According to MMRCL, the DPR for Metro 11 is still in the process of being finalized and no construction work has begun.

Ashwini Bhide, Managing Director of MMRCL, stated that the corporation is working diligently to complete the DPR and obtain necessary approvals before commencing construction work.

The Metro 11 project aims to connect SPM Chowk to Anik Bus Depot, providing a much-needed transportation link to the residents of Mumbai.

While the exact timeline for the completion of the project is yet to be announced, MMRCL is committed to delivering the project as soon as possible.
