The application process for the MHADA lottery starts on July 14, 2023, and the final deadline for submitting applications is August 13, 2023. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) payment window extends until August 14, 2023.
The MHADA lottery includes units in high-demand areas such as Vasai, Thane, Kulgaon, and Badlapur, along with plots in Sindhudurg.

A draft list of eligible applicants will be published on August 21, 2023, with a window for objections or queries until August 25, 2023. The final list of eligible candidates will be made public on September 1, 2023, and the lottery draw will take place on September 3, 2023.
The lottery includes 565 flats under the 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme, 3,002 flats under the 15% Integrated Urban Housing Scheme, 1,677 flats under the Konkan Board Housing Scheme, 51 flats under the Konkan Board Affordable Housing category, and 77 plots under the Konkan Board Housing Scheme.
