A 52-year-old man from Parel, Ramesh Vishnu Gandhi, was defrauded of ₹15 lakh by Dattaram Vishnu Khade, the owner of Shrinath Real Estate, in a scam involving the sale of a flat at the Bombay Dyeing MHADA Complex.
The accused is Dattaram Vishnu Khade, the owner of Shrinath Real Estate in Bhoiwada.
The victim, Ramesh Vishnu Gandhi, was defrauded of ₹15 lakh.
The total agreed price for the flat was ₹36 lakh.
The RAK Marg police have registered a case under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code and are investigating the matter.
