The boost in sales bookings is attributed to strong housing demand, which has been a driving force in the Indian real estate sector. Despite a 16% decline in volume terms to 0.24 million square feet from 0.29 million square feet during the same period, the company's sales bookings have shown a remarkable growth.
Boman Irani, Chairman and Managing Director of Keystone Realtors, commented on the operational performance, saying, 'The first quarter of FY25 has set a tone for the year, marking an inflection point for our company as we continue to build on the significant momentum from FY24.' He further added, 'In line with our guidance, we have successfully launched two projects this quarter, having estimated GDV of Rs 2,017 crore. This demonstrates our commitment to sustained growth and our readiness for multiple launches this year.'
The company has also added another redevelopment project in this quarter, having a gross development value of Rs 984 crore. This move is expected to further fuel the company's growth momentum.
