Rs 3,916 crore of the total project cost will be raised through institutional loans.
The project will redevelop Ramabai Ambedkar Nagar and Kamraj Nagar in Ghatkopar.
The first tranche of the loan from Bank of Maharashtra, amounting to ₹1,500 crore, represents a significant step towards the financial closure of the project and marks the beginning of Phase 1 implementation.
