Nagpur RERA Q3 Registrations Jump 22%, Wardha Road Leads

Nagpur's residential real estate market continues to gain momentum, with the Maharashtra RERA Nagpur wing reporting a 22% year-on-year increase in new housing project registrations during Q3. The latest data underscores growing buyer confidence in the city's regulatory framework and a steady shift towards organised development.
Wardha Road leads registrations
Wardha Road emerged as the top micro-market, accounting for over 30% of all new project filings in the quarter. The corridor's strong connectivity, upcoming social infrastructure, and availability of mid-segment housing options have made it a preferred choice for both developers and end-users.
Transparency and end-user demand fuel growth
Industry experts attribute the surge to RERA's transparent approval processes, which have streamlined project launches and reduced delays. At the same time, rising end-user demand for mid-segment homes — especially in the ₹40–80 lakh bracket — is prompting developers to register more projects in compliance with RERA norms.
With Q3 registrations hitting a record, Nagpur's housing market is expected to maintain its upward trajectory, supported by infrastructure upgrades and sustained interest from genuine homebuyers.
