NAREDCO Appoints Parveen Jain as President and Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani as Chairman
The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), the apex body of the Indian real estate sector under the aegis of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, has announced the election of Parveen Jain as its new president and Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani as chairman. This leadership transition is expected to bring fresh perspectives and drive progressive reforms within the organization.
Parveen Jain, the Founder and Managing Director of Tulip Infratech, has a rich history with NAREDCO, having previously served as President of NAREDCO (National) from 2015 to 2017 and as President of NAREDCO Haryana. His reappointment underscores the trust and confidence placed in his leadership and vision for the real estate industry.
Speaking on his appointment, Jain said, “It is a privilege to once again lead NAREDCO, an institution that represents the collective strength and aspirations of India’s real estate industry. Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, co-founder and managing director of the Hiranandani Group, continues his association with NAREDCO in his new role as Chairman. With a wealth of experience in the sector, Dr. Hiranandani is well-positioned to guide the organization towards achieving its strategic goals.
