NAREDCO Welcomes Parveen Jain as President and Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani as Chairman
The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), the apex body of the Indian real estate sector under the aegis of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, has announced the election of Parveen Jain as its new president and Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani as chairman. This leadership transition is expected to drive progressive reforms and sustainable growth in the sector.
Parveen Jain, the Founder and Managing Director of Tulip Infratech, brings a wealth of experience to the role. He previously served as President of NAREDCO (National) from 2015 to 2017 and as President of NAREDCO Haryana. Speaking on his reappointment, Jain said, “It is a privilege to once again lead NAREDCO, an institution that represents the collective strength and aspirations of India’s real estate industry. Our focus will be on promoting transparency, supporting progressive policy reforms, and enabling sustainable growth that aligns with India’s larger economic vision. NAREDCO will continue to act as a bridge between the government and the real estate fraternity, ensuring that we grow responsibly and inclusively.”
Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, co-founder and managing director of the Hiranandani Group, continues his association with NAREDCO in his new role as Chairman. The Governing Council of NAREDCO expressed its strong support for the new leadership, noting that both Parveen Jain and Dr. Hiranandani bring extensive experience in the sector.
