NAREDCO's 17th National Conference to Focus on Real Estate and Urban Transformation
The 17th National Conference of the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) is set to take place in Visakhapatnam on August 29th and 30th. Council state president G Chakradhar announced the event, emphasizing its significance in the real estate and urban development sectors.
Briefing the media at the poster launch event in Visakhapatnam, Chakradhar highlighted that several Union Ministers, including Piyush Goyal, Manohar Lal, and Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu, along with the state Municipal Administration Minister P Narayana, will be in attendance. The conference is expected to draw a significant audience, with a focus on regulatory reforms, urban transformation, and the overall growth of the real estate sector.
Chakradhar noted that Andhra Pradesh has been recognized as the top state in both ease of doing business and speed of doing business. This recognition underscores the state's commitment to fostering a conducive environment for real estate and urban development. The conference will address major issues such as layout rules, stamp and registration processes, revenue management, sale cum GPA exemption, affordable housing, and single-window clearance systems.
Council general secretary YV Chowdary stated that approximately 800 members of NAREDCO are expected to attend the event. In addition to discussing the development of Amaravati, the new capital of Andhra Pradesh, a detailed presentation on the city's progress will be provided. Other key speakers at the event include Council North Zone President A Ramesh Babu, Secretary Papa Rao, Executive Vice President MA Hussain, and Treasurer KVV Subbarao.
The conference will serve as a platform for stakeholders in the real estate and urban development sectors to share insights, collaborate on initiatives, and explore opportunities for sustainable growth.
