The incident took place around 10.30 pm near Bal Bharati School in Sector 4, Kharghar. As the couple strolled along the road, two men approached from behind on a motorcycle. The pillion rider swiftly snatched the mangalsutra from her neck and both sped off in the direction of Utsav Chowk.
