The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has announced an e-auction of 30 leasehold plots near the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA). These plots, strategically positioned within 30 to 45 minutes of the new airport, are expected to significantly boost the city’s real estate and infrastructure development.

The main purpose of the CIDCO e-auction is to boost the real estate and infrastructure development in Navi Mumbai by auctioning 30 prime leasehold plots near the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA).
The plots are spread across key nodes including Kharghar, Airoli, Nerul, Dronagiri, New Panvel, Kopar Khairane, Sanpada, and Kamalboli.
The auction includes plots earmarked for residential, commercial, mixed-use purposes, and storage and warehouse operations.
The online e-auction will take place on October 16, with results scheduled for October 17.
This initiative is expected to stimulate economic activity, catalyse private sector participation, and contribute to creating a more equitable and well-planned cityscape, transforming Navi Mumbai into a leading metropolitan area.
