NMIAL has secured 405 ready-to-move-in flats at Wadhwa Wise City, Panvel.
Major infrastructure initiatives in the NAINA region include the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL), Navi Mumbai Metro Line 1, proposed Mumbai Metro Line 8, expressways, coastal roads, and the Panvel–Karjat Suburban Rail Line.
Wadhwa Wise City plans to include facilities such as Fr. Agnel School, retail spaces, healthcare centers, landscaped gardens, and recreational facilities.
The Navi Mumbai International Airport is scheduled to open on September 30, 2025.
