The special campaign will run from 25th November to 4th December 2024.
Unauthorized banners and hoardings, including those with expired permissions, will be removed, and the cost of removal will be recovered as a penalty from the responsible parties.
Legal action can be taken under the Maharashtra Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 1995.
Citizens can submit suggestions or complaints through the concerned department office, the Grievance Redressal Portal on the Municipal Corporation's website, the My NMMC app, or via WhatsApp at 8422955912.
Municipal Commissioner Dr. Kailas Shinde is urging the residents of Navi Mumbai to support this initiative.
