Navi Mumbai Property Expo 2025: Showcasing the City’s Future Growth and Redevelopment
Vashi: CREDAI-BANM, the Builders Association of Navi Mumbai, has announced the 24th edition of the Navi Mumbai Property Expo 2025, scheduled from December 12 to 15 at the CIDCO Exhibition Centre in Vashi. With the theme “Navi Mumbai: Runway to the Future,” the event will highlight the city’s fast-paced transformation and its rapidly evolving real estate potential.
Navi Mumbai is currently witnessing extensive infrastructural upgrades, making it one of the most promising real estate destinations in the region. Projects such as the Navi Mumbai International Airport (with Phase 1 expected to open by December 2025), the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL), the expanding Navi Mumbai Metro network, improved coastal roads, and the Virar-Alibaug Multi-Modal Corridor are set to dramatically enhance connectivity and urban mobility. The Expo aims to showcase real estate projects that align with this developmental surge.
This year’s exhibition will go beyond property displays. With redevelopment becoming a major trend in the city, the organizers are hosting a dedicated conference on December 14 for housing societies exploring redevelopment or self-redevelopment. CREDAI-BANM president Rasik Chauhan said, "The Expo will feature educational programs to help homebuyers understand the intricacies of current redevelopment models. A complete schedule for the four-day event will be announced soon."
To widen the market reach, the organisers have partnered with nearly 1,000 real estate agents from Mumbai. Chauhan explained that Navi Mumbai’s property appreciation is now on par with Mumbai’s, making it vital to connect developers with Mumbai’s investor base. These brokers will help expand the network and market Navi Mumbai projects to a larger audience.
More than 40 developers will participate, including key players like EVI Homes, Paradise Group, Shreeji Ventures, Gami Group, and Emperia Group. Leading banks will also set up stalls offering loan guidance and special financing options linked exclusively to the Expo. EVI Homes, one of the largest redevelopment-focused firms in Navi Mumbai, has reserved a massive 1,800 sq. metre pavilion for showcasing its portfolio, while several other major developers are planning large-scale project launches.
To promote transparency, a special pavilion has been allotted to CIDCO, allowing visitors to directly compare government-backed and private sector projects. Chauhan concluded, "The goal is to enhance buyer awareness, encourage informed decision-making, and foster a more transparent real estate ecosystem."
