The campaign focuses on three key themes: Life Nearby, Lifestyle, and Ready to Move In. These themes reflect the critical factors that influence homebuyers' decisions. The Life Nearby theme highlights the project’s proximity to essential amenities and services, while Lifestyle showcases the high-quality living experience offered by the development. The Ready to Move In theme underscores the immediate availability of the homes, eliminating the wait time typically associated with new constructions.
Navin’s Starwood Towers 3.0 spans 9.85 acres and consists of two towers named Maple and Cedar. Maple offers 2BHK units ranging from 877 to 1,285 square feet, starting at ₹79 lakh. Cedar, on the other hand, features 3BHK units between 1,908 and 2,140 square feet, priced at ₹7,999 per square foot, with expected possession by the end of 2026.
