The total value of the projects is Dh 3 billion.
The MoU was signed by Pradeep Sharma, ED (Engg) of NBCC and Ali Abusafieh, Legal Director of Pantheon Elysee Real Estate Development LLC.
They will collaborate on the execution of high-quality residential, hospitality, and mixed-use real estate projects.
The India Pavilion, completed at a cost of USD 46.8 million, further cements NBCC's reputation for delivering high-quality, large-scale projects in international markets.
