According to Square Yards, Tripathi, along with his wife Mridula and their daughter Aashi, has bought two apartments in the city worth a total of Rs 10.85 crore.

The documents reviewed by the real estate marketplace reveal that Pankaj Tripathi, with his family, made this purchase in Mumbai. They acquired a luxury flat in Andheri West for Rs 9.88 crore and another in Aashapura Heritage in Kandivali West for Rs 87 lakh.

For the Andheri flat, the actor paid a stamp duty of Rs 59.89 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000, with the deal registered in July 2025. The Kandivali apartment transaction included a stamp duty payment of Rs 4.35 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000, registered in September 2025.
