Real Estate Mumbai:Prestige Estates Projects Ltd, a leading real estate developer in India, has reported a 23% decline in its sale bookings to Rs 3,029.5 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal. This downfall is attributed to the delay in launches of new projects. In the corresponding period of the previous year, the company's sale bookings stood at Rs 3,914.7 crore.

According to a regulatory filing, the company sold 2.86 million square feet in April-June, compared to 3.83 million square feet in the same period last year. Irfan Razack, Chairman and Managing Director of Prestige Estates Projects, expressed satisfaction with the company's performance in Q1 FY25, citing its robust market presence.
