Prestige Estates Reports Record Rs 18,144 Crore Sales in H1 FY26, Surpassing FY25 Figures
Real Estate Mumbai:Prestige Estates Projects Ltd, a prominent real estate developer with a diversified portfolio, reported its highest-ever half-yearly sales of ₹18,144 crore in H1 FY26. This represents a significant 157% year-on-year increase and surpasses the company's full-year FY25 performance. The robust growth was driven by strong demand across key geographies, higher property realizations, and a healthy pipeline of project launches.

During the second quarter of FY26, the developer posted sales of ₹6,017 crore, a 50% increase year-on-year, supported by sustained traction across residential markets. Sales volumes rose 47% YoY to 4.42 million sq ft, translating to 2,069 units sold. The average realization for apartments increased 8% YoY to ₹14,906 per sq ft, while plots saw a sharp 43% rise to ₹9,510 per sq ft. Collections for the quarter stood at ₹4,213 crore, up 54% YoY, reflecting continued buyer confidence and steady cash flow.

In the first half of FY26, Prestige clocked sales volumes of 13.96 million sq ft, representing 6,788 units sold. The average realization for apartments stood at ₹13,769 per sq ft, up 6% year-on-year, while plots averaged ₹8,425 per sq ft, up 17% over the same period last year. Collections rose 55% YoY to ₹8,736 crore, underlining the company’s strong operational performance.

Prestige launched 3.87 million sq ft of developable area during Q2 FY26 with a gross development value (GDV) of ₹3,967 crore, taking total launches in H1 FY26 to 18.81 million sq ft with a GDV of ₹17,592 crore. The performance was broad-based, with Bengaluru, NCR, and Mumbai contributing significantly to the sales momentum.

In the office segment, gross leasing during Q2 FY26 stood at 2.3 million sq ft, with portfolio occupancy at 93.42%. FY26 exit rentals are projected at ₹820 crore. The retail segment recorded a gross turnover of ₹624 crore, up 9% YoY, with footfalls of 4.8 million and a high portfolio occupancy of 99%. FY26 exit rentals for retail are estimated at ₹272 crore.

In Mumbai, our flagship project Prestige Nautilus has been a remarkable success, achieving over 60% inventory sales with more than ₹4,400 crore in value within just a few months of launch. Our maiden project in NCR, The Prestige City Indirapuram, has seen tremendous response, clocking sales of ₹8,300+ crore and collections of around ₹1,500 crore in just a few months.'
