Prestige Group Surpasses 2,301 Home Sales in Q4 FY25, Mumbai Outshines Bengaluru
Real Estate Mumbai:Prestige Group, a leading real estate developer based in Bengaluru, reported a remarkable achievement in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025 (Q4 FY25) by selling 2,301 units. This success was notably driven by the launch of Prestige Nautilus in Mumbai, which alone generated ₹2,385.7 crore in sales within a month of its launch. For the first time, Mumbai overtook Bengaluru in the company’s quarterly sales contribution, as detailed in the company’s investor presentation for Q4 FY25.

In Q4 FY25, Prestige Group achieved sales of ₹6,957.4 crore, with 4.49 million square feet sold, marking a significant jump from the previous quarter. The top-performing markets were Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Hyderabad, with key projects such as Prestige Raintree Park, The Prestige City Hyderabad, and Prestige Southern Star Phase I contributing significantly to the topline.

Bengaluru contributed ₹2,616.5 crore, Mumbai ₹2,686.9 crore, and Hyderabad ₹1,598.8 crore to the sales. For the entire fiscal year, Prestige Raintree Park in Bengaluru led the sales with ₹304.4 crore, followed closely by Prestige Nautilus in Mumbai. The company reported record annual sales of ₹17,023.1 crore and 12.58 million square feet sold in FY25, with an average realization of ₹14,113 per square foot, reflecting strong demand in the premium and luxury housing categories.

In Q4 FY25, Prestige Group's revenue stood at ₹1,589.3 crore, while for the full FY25, the revenue was ₹7,735.5 crore. The company is setting ambitious targets for the future, aiming to achieve ₹50,000 crore in home sales by FY28-29. Last year, the company closed sales of ₹17,000 crore. Praveer Srivastava, Senior Vice President at Prestige Group, had previously stated, “Q1 of the current fiscal will be our biggest quarter yet.”

The company has already launched projects worth over ₹10,000 crore and is looking to clock ₹14,000–15,000 crore GDV (Gross Development Value) of launches by the end of the quarter. Prestige Group is targeting ₹50,000 crore GDV worth of project launches across Goa, Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Mumbai over the current financial year.

With a presence in six major Indian cities, Prestige Group is also eyeing expansion into new markets as part of its broader growth strategy. The company is exploring opportunities in Pune, Gurugram, and Noida, regions it has previously stayed out of but now views as high-potential real estate corridors. “We’re exploring opportunities in Pune, Gurugram, and Noida. These are markets we weren’t present in earlier but see immense growth potential,” Srivastava said. “These cities have evolving residential landscapes and a growing appetite for quality housing, especially in the mid-segment.”
