The third special camp for issuing real estate clearance certificates is currently being planned, and the exact date will be announced soon by the Punjab State Government.
So far, 178 promoters and builders have received clearance certificates in the two previous camps organized by the Punjab State Government.
The third camp will issue a wide range of important documents, including licenses, completion certificates, partial completion certificates, letters of intent, building plans, zoning plans, promoter registration certificates, and layout plans of colonies from various development authorities.
The main goal of organizing these clearance certificate camps is to enhance investment opportunities, ensure transparency, and provide efficient, corruption-free services in the real estate sector.
Issuing clearance certificates on-site addresses the concerns of promoters and developers promptly and efficiently, facilitating smoother operations and reducing delays in project completion.
