The purpose of the real estate clearance camp is to address pending matters in the real estate sector, issue essential documents to colonizers, and resolve issues faced by developers transparently and on a priority basis.
During the camp, various essential documents were issued, including colony licenses, completion certificates, partial completion certificates, letters of intent, zoning plans, building plans, promoter registration certificates, and layout plans.
The camp was attended by Housing and Urban Development Minister Hardeep Singh Mundian, Chief Secretary KAP Sinha, Housing Secretary Rahul Tewari, and other officials from the Punjab Housing and Urban Development Department.
The next real estate clearance camp is scheduled to be held in late November.
