Punjab's Housing and Urban Development Department organized a unique camp to provide clearance certificates to 51 real estate developers, aiming to streamline pending works and boost the sector.

The main objective of the camp was to issue clearance certificates to real estate developers and address pending works related to the real estate sector, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
The camp issued various certificates including colony licenses, completion certificates, partial completion certificates, letters of intent, zoning plans, building plans, promoter registration certificates, and layout plans.
Special Secretary Apneet Riyat conducted the proceedings of the camp, with the presence of Housing and Urban Development Minister Hardeep Singh Mundian, Chief Secretary KAP Sinha, and PUDA Chief Administrator Neeru Katia Gupta.
The next camp is scheduled to be organized at the end of November, as announced by Housing and Urban Development Minister Hardeep Singh Mundian.
Developers can report complaints or concerns directly to the email address transparency.hud@gmail.com, which has been created for this purpose by the Punjab Housing and Urban Development Department.
