The department is working diligently at the ground level to prepare for this significant event.

During the camp, various types of certificates will be issued, including licenses, completion certificates, partial completion certificates, letters of intent, zoning plans, building plans, promoter registration certificates, and layout plans of colonies.
These certificates are crucial for the smooth functioning of real estate projects and will help in resolving any pending issues faced by developers and promoters.

The Housing and Urban Development Department is keen on making this process as efficient and streamlined as possible.
By providing these certificates on the spot, the government aims to eliminate bureaucratic delays and create a more investor-friendly environment.
This initiative is expected to attract more developers and investors to Punjab, thereby contributing to the overall economic growth of the state.
