The main purpose of organizing these camps is to provide clearance certificates to real estate developers and promoters, thereby promoting transparency, efficiency, and ease of doing business in Punjab.
So far, 178 promoters and builders have received clearance certificates from the two previous camps organized by the Punjab government.
During the camp, various types of certificates will be issued, including licenses, completion certificates, partial completion certificates, letters of intent, zoning plans, building plans, promoter registration certificates, and layout plans of colonies.
Hardip Singh Mundian is the Housing and Urban Development Minister of Punjab. He is responsible for announcing and overseeing the organization of the special camps to issue real estate clearance certificates.
