PVR Inox has leased 43,534 sq ft of retail space at Sky City Mall in Borivali, Mumbai.
The lease agreement is for a period of 15 years.
The monthly rental for the leased space is ₹91.42 lakh or 20% revenue share biannually, whichever is higher.
The new 10-screen theatre by PVR Inox has a combined capacity of 1,372 seats.
The gross leasable area (GLA) of Sky City Mall is approximately 12.07 lakh sq. ft.
