Real Estate Mumbai:Anjali Tendulkar, wife of the legendary Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, has made a significant real estate investment by purchasing a flat in Virar, a suburb of Mumbai. The 391-square feet unit is located on the third floor and was purchased for a total of ₹32 lakh. The transaction was completed on May 30, 2025, as revealed by property registration documents accessed by Zapkey and reported by the Hindustan Times.

The deal involved a stamp duty of ₹1.92 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000. Confirming the purchase, Anjali Tendulkar told the Indian Express, 'I have purchased the flat for one of our staff to stay in.'

The three-year lease and license agreement was signed at a monthly rent of ₹1.35 lakh. The apartment is located around 100 meters from their rented Pali Hill residence, where the family is currently living while their bungalow, Mannat, undergoes renovation.
