Shilpa Chaudhury, with significant expertise in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), has been advising clients across diverse sectors such as digital marketing, FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), healthcare, technology, F&B (Food and Beverage), and D2C (Direct-to-Consumer). Her expertise spans IP consultation, registration, prosecution, management, and enforcement both in India and abroad. Veera Mathai, a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer, has been promoted to Counsel. Mathai specializes in Commercial Litigation and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters. Her experience in appearing before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, NCLAT, NCLT, DRT, and DRAT has solidified her reputation as a formidable advocate.
