Real Estate Mumbai:Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Rajput have added a new luxurious asset to their possessions - a stunning sea-view apartment in Mumbai's Worli area, worth around Rs 60 crore. According to registration documents accessed by IndexTap.com, the luxury apartment has a RERA carpet area of 5,395 sq ft, includes three parking spaces, and was reportedly registered on May 24.

The couple bought the apartment from Chandak Realtors Pvt Ltd, who had acquired it for Rs 35.31 crore in February 2023 during a bulk deal totalling Rs 1,238 crore. The property transaction worth Rs 58.66 crore was reportedly registered on May 24. Shahid and Mira Kapoor paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.75 crore for the transaction.

The Oberoi 360 West project, where the apartment is located, comprises two towers: one houses The Ritz-Carlton hotel, and the other contains luxury residences managed by The Ritz-Carlton. The towers are angled in such a way that each home benefits from sea views while ensuring utmost discretion and privacy.

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput tied the knot at a private ceremony in Gurgaon in July, 2015. The couple has two children — an eight-year-old daughter Misha and a six-year-old son Zain.
