Real Estate Mumbai:Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput's recent real estate investment is making headlines. The Bollywood power couple has purchased a luxurious sea-facing apartment in Mumbai's prestigious Three Sixty West complex for a staggering Rs 59 crore.

Located on the 24th floor, the apartment spans an impressive 6,176 square feet and comes with three parking spaces. This marks an addition to the couple's already impressive real estate portfolio.

The transaction was completed with a stamp duty payment of Rs 1.75 crore. The property was acquired from Chandak Realtors Pvt Ltd, which had bought it as part of a bulk deal in February 2023. Three Sixty West comprises two premium towers, one housing the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and the other offering luxurious residences, including 4 BHKs, 5 BHKs, duplexes, and penthouses.

This is not the couple's first foray into high-end real estate. In 2018, they invested approximately Rs 59 crore (including stamp duty) in a duplex apartment. This residence, spanning 8,625 square feet, provided them with six parking spaces. The couple moved into this duplex in 2022, leaving their previous home in Juhu, which they have since rented out to actor Kartik Aaryan.

The Juhu property, bought by Kapoor in 2014 for Rs 30 crore, is now leased to Aaryan for three years. Kapoor will receive a monthly rent of Rs 7.5 lakh in the first year, Rs 8.02 lakh in the second year, and Rs 8.58 lakh per month in the final year of the lease.

Three Sixty West is home to several prominent figures. In 2023, family members of Indian billionaire Radhakishan Damani acquired 28 properties in Tower B of the skyscraper, spending a staggering Rs 1,238 crore. Welspun Group chairman BK Goenka also owns a penthouse in the same building, for which he paid Rs 240 crore. Additionally, in May 2024, Mavjibhai Patel, the Managing Director of diamond manufacturer Kiran Gems, purchased a property on the 47th floor for Rs 97 crore, securing nine exclusive parking spaces as part of the deal.

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput's new home offers breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea, and the couple has shared glimpses of their luxurious lifestyle on social media. The high-profile residents of Three Sixty West reflect the opulence and exclusivity of this premier residential complex.

Three Sixty West is a luxurious residential complex located in Worli, Mumbai. The complex comprises two premium towers, one housing the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and the other offering luxurious residences.

Chandak Realtors Pvt Ltd is a leading real estate development company in India. Welspun Group is a multinational conglomerate with interests in textiles, cement, and energy. Kiran Gems is a leading diamond manufacturer in India.
