Smartworks has leased a 5.57 lakh sq ft office campus at Intellion Park, Navi Mumbai.
This lease marks a significant milestone for Smartworks as it surpasses the 1 million sq ft mark in its total leased spaces portfolio, a first in the managed office space market.
Intellion Park is developed by Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited and is located on the Thane Belapur Road in Navi Mumbai.
The campus is pre-certified with LEED Platinum, IFC Edge, and WELL Gold. It uses solar power, smart automation, underdeck insulation, and efficient LED lighting to reduce energy consumption and advance enterprise ESG goals.
Smartworks currently has 4 large campuses in its portfolio, including one in Bengaluru, each exceeding 500,000 sq ft.
