According to property registration documents, the actress purchased the apartment in March 2020 for Rs 14 crore.
This sale, registered in January 2025, reflects a 61% appreciation in value over the nearly five years of ownership.
The property is located in 81 Aureate, a prestigious project by the MJ Shah Group.

The transaction, as per the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) documents reviewed by Square Yards, incurred a stamp duty payment of Rs 1.35 crore and registration charges of Rs 30,000.
Notably, Sinha retains ownership of another apartment in the same project, as per IGR property registration records.
The 81 Aureate project has seen robust real estate activity, with a total of 8 transactions amounting to a gross transaction value of Rs 76 crore registered with IGR between February 2024 and January 2025.
Currently, the average resale property price for a 4BHK in the project stands at Rs 51,636 per sq ft, while the average monthly asking rent is Rs 8.5 lakh.
