Average residential prices have appreciated by 52% during this period, rising from approximately ₹31,253 per sq. ft. in 2019 to ₹47,350 per sq. ft. on carpet area by the end of Q1 2025. In terms of rentals, a standard 2 BHK flat of 700–800 sq. ft. commands between ₹60,000 and ₹80,000 per month.
