Founded in 2015, the Mumbai-based real estate developer specializes in the redevelopment of commercial and residential properties. The allotment process for the public issue is expected to be finalized on Monday, August 4, 2025. The company’s shares will be listed on both BSE and NSE, with a tentative listing date of Wednesday, August 6, 2025.
