According to Housing.com, Suniel Shetty’s Khandala home is a resort-like bungalow surrounded by greenery. The property has a water body, open lawns, and architecture shaped around nature.

It hosted Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul’s wedding, where a pristine mandap was set up on the lawn for the ceremony. The property is located on the second floor of Sandhu Palace Building, which has received a partial occupation certificate from the BMC.
