Emaance is an ultra-luxury residential brand launched by Sunteck Realty. It includes projects with a gross development value (GDV) of ₹20,000 crore.
The first Emaance projects are located at Nepeansea Road in South Mumbai and in Downtown Dubai’s Burj Khalifa Community.
Sunteck Realty is targeting margins of 40-50 per cent from the Emaance projects, which are priced at around ₹2.5 lakh per square foot.
The Nepeansea Road project is expected to launch in the current financial year.
The Dubai project has a gross development value (GDV) of ₹9,000 crore.
The top seven cities in India, including Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, and Chennai, are projected to witness a surge in retail space, with Delhi NCR leading the charge.
