Emaance is an exclusive by-invitation-only real estate lifestyle brand launched by Sunteck Realty. It represents a new lexicon of luxury living, symbolizing harmony between magnitude and magnificence, and immensity and indulgence.
The two landmark locations for Emaance projects are Nepean Sea Road in Mumbai and Downtown Dubai’s Burj Khalifa community.
The expected launch price for the Nepean Sea Road project is ₹2.5 lakh per square foot, making it one of the costliest developments in India.
The Nepean Sea Road project will comprise just 40–50 expansive residences, each ranging from 8,000 to 10,000 square feet.
