The apartment is located in Imperial Heights, a premium residential project in Goregaon West, Mumbai.
The apartment has a carpet area of 1,390 sq. ft. (approximately 129 sq. m.) and a built-up area of 1,669 sq. ft. (155.02 sq. m.).
The transaction included Rs 21.65 lakh in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 in registration charges.
