The total area of the office spaces acquired by Tata Investment Corporation in Wadala is 42,743 sq ft.
Tata Investment Corporation paid ₹148 crore for the office spaces in Lodha Excelus.
The office spaces were purchased in the Lodha Excelus building, part of the Lodha New Cuffe Parade township project.
The Lodha Excelus building is developed by Macrotech Developers, also known as Lodha Group.
Wadala is strategically significant due to its excellent connectivity to key areas such as the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), South Mumbai, and the western and eastern suburbs. It is also being considered for development as the city’s third central business district (CBD).
