Tesla has leased a 24,565 sq. ft. warehousing facility in Kurla West, Mumbai.
The monthly rent for the warehouse is Rs 37.53 lakh, which translates to Rs 153 per sq. ft.
The lease term for the warehouse is five years, with a 5% annual rent escalation.
Additional common area maintenance (CAM) charges are Rs 10 per sq. ft., also subject to a 5% annual escalation.
