Tiger Shroff Sells Luxury Mumbai Apartment for Rs 15.60 Crore
Real Estate Mumbai:Bollywood action star Tiger Shroff has recently closed a major real estate deal in Mumbai.

Tiger sold one of his upscale apartments in Khar for an incredible Rs 15.60 crore, according to property registration documents that Square Yards examined and that were made available on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) Maharashtra website. The transaction was formally registered in September 2025.

Khar is one of the most lavish and expensive areas in Mumbai. It is also considered a desirable locality in terms of real estate dealings. It poses as a favourable area for buyers due to better connectivity via the Western Express Highway and future Metro lines. Furthermore, it is also closer to crucial business centres such as Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Lower Parel, and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.

According to the documents, the property has 2,189 square feet (about 203.34 square meters) of built-up space and 1,989.72 square feet (about 184.85 square meters) of carpet space. Three designated parking spots for cars were also included in the deal, which is a big plus in a place like Mumbai where parking is always in high demand.

The buyer paid a stamp duty of 93.60 lakh and an additional registration fee of 30,000, according to the deal's financial details. The sale is a profitable move for Tiger. According to Square Yards' examination of IGR records, he paid 11.62 crore for the same flat in 2018. In just a few years, he has secured a substantial return on his investment with the recent sale.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Tiger Shroff is currently seen in Baaghi 4, alongside Sanjay Dutt, Sonam Bajwa, and Harnaaz Sandhu. This sale not only highlights his financial acumen but also underscores the high value of real estate in Mumbai's prime locations.
